New Webinars
A new webinar called, “Trans fatty acids and health: Are all ‘trans’ bad?”, is now available for download on the Global Dairy Platform web site at www.globaldairyplatform.com.
Presented by Adam L. Lock, Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Science at the University of Vermont in the United States, the 45-minute webinar discusses trans fatty acids in the context of cardiovascular disease.
The webinar is archived on the GDP web site under Webinars, in the left navigation bar of the new Member Centre menu. Here you also will find previous webinars on relevant topics, such as “Nutrition Labeling in Europe: Latest Developments”. Please watch for e-mails with updates on future programmes.
